I am writing regarding the service we received from Ann Lee in relation to our house sale. Please accept our apologies for not contacting you sooner however we had a baby shortly after moving, and it feels like we are only just catching up with the real world!
The service we received from Ann was outstanding. I really can’t praise her enough. She exceeded all our expectations and was both professional and warm and friendly in her approach- something we especially valued.
Having waited three years for a sale, and with the imminent birth of our baby it was important to us that the sale proceeded quickly. Ann dealt with everything extremely efficiently and ensured everything was convenient to us, for example, providing documents, identification checks at alternate offices etc. Being 8 months pregnant, this was a huge relief!
Shortly before exchange of contracts we experienced some resistance from the buyers of our property. Ann completely deflected the stress of this from us, taking charge of the situation and keeping us constantly updated. I spoke with Ann on a number of occasions- previous experience made me think that solicitors didn’t make phone calls to clients, never mind there being a friendly voice on the end of the line! She completely dispelled misconceptions.
I seem to remember Ann was on holiday for our actual completion date. However she had assured me that one of her colleagues would make sure everything ran smoothly and would call us when we could hand over the keys. She gave me their name and a contact number in case of any queries. I was a little anxious about this…however her colleague rang as promised and again was a pleasure to speak too (apologies I can’t recall her name). At every stage during the sale, Ann made sure our needs were met and that we were in constant, personal communication with someone who could help.
We will shortly be purchasing a new property and I will be contacting Ann straight away in hope that she will be able to manage our sale. I have also recommended her and Forster Dean to friends and family who are looking to buy and sell properties.
I hope that you will praise Ann for her brilliant customer relationships and for her effective approach to work. I know that positive feedback from clients and line managers can often be scare but is extremely valuable and motivational. And of course please pass on our sincere and genuine thanks.
