Carol qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and joined Forster Dean in 2007. She is now a Senior Associate in our Complex Claims Team dealing solely with personal injury claims.
She specialises in assisting brain injured clients and those with other life changing conditions. She works diligently and methodically to support clients throughout the claims process.
Her personal, professional and affable service means that she builds good relationships and trust with both clients and colleagues alike.
Carol is highly proficient in dealing with the most complex of cases, both in terms of liability and complex medical evidence. Carol appreciates that no two clients are alike and therefore a personalised approach is always taken.
Carol adopts a pragmatic approach when dealing with other parties to bring about the best resolution for her clients
Outside of the office Carol enjoys walking her Scottish Terrier and also spending time socialising with friends and family.
