We are looking for experienced Fast Track, Personal Injury (RTA & EL/PL) Fee Earners who can manage their caseloads under the guidance of an experienced solicitor and within a supportive team environment. Fee earners will manage pre and post litigated files and should be confident in all aspects of litigation. Both qualified and non-qualified candidates will be considered.
The ideal candidate:
• You will have previous experience of managing your own caseload of Fast Track Personal injury cases.
• Experience of drafting legal documents, including, court proceedings, applications, witness statements and Part 35 questions.
• Progress cases as efficiently as possible to the benefit of the client and the financial benefit of the practice.
• Good working knowledge of the MOJ Portal.
• Be able to accurately assess quantum
• Be able to assess and calculate financial losses/special damages
• Correctly risk assess a case with regards to liability/causation.
• Possess excellent negotiation skills
• Possess excellent communication skills both with clients and within a team environment.
• Ability to word under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
• Good working knowledge of claims management system (Proclaim).
