GILL BERGQUIST
Personal Injury
Gill joined Forster Dean in 2006 and has worked in Personal Injury throughout that time as a Legal Assistant. Until 2016, she assisted Dan Thompson, Director, and then has worked alongside Yvonne Hall, Legal Director, and also Adam Chaffe, Senior Associate, as part of the Complex Claims Team within the Personal Injury Department.
Gill is an experienced Legal Assistant, she is organised and committed. She has excellent communication with colleagues and clients alike. She has assisted both Dan and Yvonne in catastrophic personal injury cases which resulted in high value settlements for the clients involved and is very proud of her achievements in this regard which required a high level of commitment. She is conscientious, loyal and extremely reliable.
Outside of work, Gill plays ukulele in a band and has played at various local charity events and festivals. She also enjoys travelling and cycling, when time allows.
