Ian joined the team at Forster Dean in November 2021 and has spent over 20 years acting for injured Claimants.
He specialises in serious injury claims, including those of the utmost severity.
He has particular interest in head and spinal injury, amputation cases, serious orthopaedic injuries and chronic pain cases.
Recent cases include an approved award of £3.7m for a young man with a catastrophic brain injury. The case was compromised on a split liability basis with the settlement reflecting 60% of the total damages.
