Jess Collins Profile
Jess joined Forster Dean in July 2019, working in the team as an Apprentice Paralegal.
During her time at Forster Dean Jess has worked within the Complex Claims Department alongside Senior Solicitors, assisting them with higher value cases.
Since joining the team Jess has progressed her skills to now having her own small case load, in the Fast Track Department. Currently, she is working towards completing a level 3 qualification in Law of Tort and Civil Litigation.
Jess undertakes her role with professionalism and instills confidence into her clients. She believes in active communication throughout the duration of her cases to ensure the best outcome for the client.
On a day to day basis Jess submits claims to the Personal Injury Portal for undefended actions, negotiating the best results for her clients.
When she is not in work, Jess enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends and family as well as travelling.
