One of our clients gave us this card with some lovely feedback. The message says:
“Thank you so much for working on our case. You were always approachable and available, friendly and professional. You gave good and sensible advice when we’d be scared off by the survey and you were strong at the end when we wanted to move in and the sellers were a bit slow moving out. We feel you held our hands through a scary process and helped us get through. We are more happy than we imagined in our new home. Thank you and best wishes.”
