Claire Trainor
Claire joined Forster Dean Solicitors in 2020. She studied Law at Liverpool John Moore’s University, completed the Legal Practice Course at Chester Law School and then secured a training contract at a large well known international firm of Defendant Solicitors. She qualified as a Solicitor and was admitted to the roll in September 2006.
Claire has spent the majority of her career working with and on behalf of large national Defendant law firms. She has defended claims for the majority of the major insurance companies, as well the Ministry of Defence and she has worked closely with the in-house legal team at a large utility company. Claire specialises in personal injury claims, whether they are road traffic accidents, accidents at work or slips and trips. She also has some experience in dealing with fraud and medical negligence cases.
Claire is an Associate Solicitor at Forster Dean and works within the Complex Claims Department. She brings claims for those clients who have been involved in serious accidents and is dedicated to securing the best possible settlements for her clients. .
In her spare time Claire loves to travel when not being kept busy by her three dogs: Cracker, Honey and Chilli. Claire also enjoys cake decorating and has a Face book page set up just for fun displaying her creations with over 5,000 followers.
