HAYLEY BRIERS

Senior Associate

Hayley qualified as a Solicitor in 2009. Since then she has worked solely in personal
injury, predominantly dealing with accidents at work, slip, trips and falls and motorcycle accidents. She joined Forster Dean in 2022 as an Associate Solicitor having spent 8 years as a Partner at another local firm.

Hayley is an established, confident, and successful litigator who is tenacious in pursuing successful outcomes for her clients.

Throughout her career, she has dealt with wide range of cases with a wide range of
values. A career highlight was settling a case for a young client who suffered life
changing injuries following an accident at work for over £800,000.00.

Her clients regularly comment on her down to earth, approachable personality and
ability to explain sometimes complicated legal matters in a way that is easy to
understand and generally make the whole legal process as stress-free as possible.

Her commitment to her client’s is evident through the number of clients who recommend her to others.

Hayley spends her time away from work with her young family, she can often be found on the sideline of a football pitch at 9:00am on a Saturday morning! She enjoys watching films, good food and getting outdoors.
