HELEN CHATWIN

Associate – Fast Track

Helen is an Associate Solicitor based in our Runcorn Office and has over 15 years’ experience in Personal Injury Litigation. During this time she has gained experience in all aspects of personal injury law and dealt with Fast Track and Multi-track claims. She is currently a member of the Fast Track Team, dealing predominantly with litigated Employers Liability, Public Liability and RTA cases.

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2006, after gaining an LLB (Honours) degree at Liverpool John Moores University, followed by a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester. Helen then completed her training contract with Barnett’s Solicitors gaining experience in Conveyancing, Commercial Conveyancing and Personal injury, before joining Forster Dean in 2007. In 2009 Helen was also appointed as the Office Manager of Forster Dean’s County Road, Liverpool branch, where she had responsibility for the day to day running of the office, together with Supervision of Trainee Solicitors.

Helen believes that building a good rapport with clients and ensuring she does the very best for them is the most important aspect of her job. She is dedicated to ensuring she secures the best possible settlements for all her clients.

In her spare time Helen enjoys spending time with her family and 2 young children who keep her busy. She also enjoys keeping fit and taking part in various walks, including charity events. Helen completed a 20 mile sponsored walk around London for the NSPCC and also completed the Sydney Harbour Bridge climb, walking across the top arch of the Bridge which was an amazing experience. Helen is also a keen supporter and season ticket holder at Liverpool Football Club.
