We have the following vacancies to work in our Complex Claims Team.

 

·       A Fee Earner who  has some experience of multi track litigation to work alongside a busy senior Fee Earner on a litigated caseload of high value cases. The role will be assisting but the candidate will need to have initiative and be familiar with Part 7 litigation and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines on set tasks.

 

·       A multi track experienced Fee Earner capable of handling a mixed RTA, EL , PL caseload of MT and Intermediate Track cases. Some Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence, experience would be an advantage . Cradle to Grave case handling is expected and the fee earner is expected to work confidently with limited supervision.

 

·       A Paralegal to assist  a number of Fee Earners to progress multi track / intermediate track cases. The Candidate will need Personal Injury experience and will need to be organised and efficient and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced working environment.
