Right to Buy

The Right to Buy Scheme gives secure tenants of councils and some housing associations the legal right to buy, at a discount, the home they are living in. To find out if you are eligible, you will need to contact your Local Council/Housing Association.

A Right to Buy transaction is very similar to a purchase transaction however, there are usually very little enquiries to ask of the sellers given that you will already reside at the property.

At Forster Dean we understand how important it is to complete your Right to Buy purchase as soon as possible as up until completion you will still need to pay the rent due to the Council/Housing Association. One of our experienced Conveyancers will be on hand to help you understand the process and assist should you need any guidance.

Speak to us today on 0151 422 0982 to find out how we can help. Our office doors are open should you wish to stop by to discuss your claim, or you can even get in touch with us using our online form.
