As we are local, we encourage clients to call into the office any time without an appointment to discuss their legal needs. Offering this ‘drop-in’ service and meeting our clients face to face (rather than over the phone) is invaluable and something which we pride ourselves on.
If you cannot call into the office for any reason, but would still like to see a Solicitor, then every office offers Skype to enable this. Alternatively we can offer home or hospital visits, for those people not on Skype and who are unable to attend the office.
We also provide you with the ability to view the progress of your case securely online, via fileview, so that you can keep up to date 24/7. This means you don’t always have to call into the office or telephone your Solicitor for an update.

However when we are contacted regarding a legal matter which is not within our area of expertise, we endeavour to advise where and how assistance can be obtained.
